These helmet cards are cut and shaped to playing card size from hefty vegetable tanned leather. The leather is then wetted and stamped with custom stamps to create the design. Antique dye is then applied. This gives color to the upper surface while placing a dark antique coating into the recesses. A sealer is applied in the end as a final measure to add durability.
