Leather is a natural material made from the hides of animals that have had various lives. While I select quality leather for my work, the purchaser acknowledges that variations, blemishes, natural markings, fat lines, etc. are an expected part of all leather projects. Such markings are actually a part of leather’s beauty and make each project fully unique. Unless the purchaser specifically request a branded or blemished piece, I do my best to select leather sections free from unsightly blemishes and marks. However, the customer acknowledges that at times, a slight variations in the skin’s surfaces may present. I will not issue returns or refunds on custom designed work due to natural variations in leather.

My work is also made by hand. I take great pride in my work and go to every extent to ensure your project will be as perfect as I can make it. I do not send out works that contain significant errors, such as obviously bad stamp placement or bad stitch work. The purchaser of hand made leather work acknowledges that by virtue of being hand made, projects will have slight variations, even when creating multiples of a same item. Small flaws or variations may naturally occur. My works are not mass produced by machine. Minor color variations occur with dye, hand cut items my have a difference in size by millimeters, thicknesses of leathers may vary, and etc. I will never send out a piece with a significant flaw. Significant flaws are errors that clearly effect functionality or performance, are obvious visual mistakes, or are clearly opposite or falling short of the stated order of the customer.

If ever you are dissatisfied with my leather work, I will make every attempt to arrange a suitable remedy to the situation within reason. Please contact me at leonidasleatherworks@gmail.com if you have an issue you’d like to discuss.
